PHENOMENAL uses AI for research, synthesis, explanation and recommendations. It does not receive hidden authority to invent facts or create a purchase.
AI may
Inspect bounded public supplier and external evidence, extract constraints, compile clearly labelled cited market hypotheses, answer from approved evidence, normalise conditions and recommend an offer question for human review. V0.3 performs no candidate discovery.
AI may not
Fabricate a participant, publish an unapproved price, alter a supplier margin floor, expose another buyer’s terms, accept money, create binding intent or place an order.
Every state change
Requires code-enforced preconditions, actor identity, authority, reason, version, timestamp and an auditable event. Final purchase requires explicit buyer and supplier confirmation.
When you interact with AI
The interface identifies the AI concierge. You can request a human review for commercial terms or any decision with legal, financial or operational consequence.
